What sources does Dibs monitor?
Dibs checks MLS listings (via Rentcast — the same data behind Zillow), Craigslist, Apartments.com, Zumper, and Rent.com. More sources are being added.
How is Dibs faster than Zillow's own alerts?
Zillow's alerts use batch processing that runs every 30–60 minutes. Dibs Pro checks continuously and notifies you within 5 minutes of a new listing — often 30+ minutes before Zillow sends an email. (Free-plan checks run every 30 minutes, on par with Zillow — Pro is where the speed edge comes in.)
Do I need a credit card to start?
